Birthday tab does not refresh when a new day comes until `add` or `tag` command is specified #323

What I did: I added some contacts whose birthday is 12/11/2021, then I change my system date manually to become 13/11/2021

Expected: birthday tab will auto refresh.

Actual:

However, it refreshes when entering add or tag commands.

Comments: if a user does not add/edit/tag anything in the app, then he/she will get wrong info about a contact's birthday when the date changes.
