Expected behaviour:

The manual changes made to the .json file will be saved.

Actual behaviour:

The manual changes made to the .json file is overwritten with data present on the UI once the application closes.

How to reproduce:

Team's Response

we are reducing the severity of this bug and the type for the following reasons:

we have mentioned in the UG that only advanced users are welcome to edit the json file manually
there is no need to edit the json file for a regular customer service officer (our target user)
this should be a very rare occurrence - it only occurs when you edit the json file with the application running, something that probably will not happen in a day to day usage with our target user
however, we could have elaborated more in the UG regarding this, hence we are changing this to a documentation bug and a low severity
