Compulsion to fill in phone number field which may not be needed

The application is primarily meant for helping to organize students into classes and groups. In that case, phone number is not a necessary field as tutors primarily rely on emails to contact students. Making phone numbers a compulsory field for adding students could be inconvenient as it makes the process of adding students into the contact list inconvenient and inflexible for tutors.

Reason

• Issue is rejected as this feature is intended and we think it should be compulsory.
• Having phone numbers allow tutors to contact students conveniently and quickly, for e.g. through telegram.
• This could also serve as an emergency contact point for tutors.
