Edit command deletes existing medical tags

Editing the medical conditions of a patient would cause previous medical conditions to be deleted and replaced. User guide is vague on the editing of medical conditions, as it states that it is a 'list of medical conditions', but does not explain how to use it.

Steps taken to reproduce bug: edit t/patient i/P006 m/cancer

Thank you for the response :) It is mentioned in the UG that tags will be replaced by the new tags in the edit command.
