Data is not encrypted #4782

One NFR states: The data stored within the app should be encrypted for security purposes (to prevent the raw data being read by external parties).

However, I seem to be able to read the patients' details (such as medical conditions, blood type etc.) directly from the addressbook JSON file. This could be confusing to new developers.

As mentioned in the CS2103T website, unfulfilled NFR should be of low severity.
