Steps to reproduce the issue

add n/Jane Doe p/1234 5678(HP) e/janedoe@example.com a/21 Lower Kent Ridge Road,Singapore 119077 t/class monitor

What's the expected result?

Accept the HP number (But possibly with warning)

What's the actual result?

Phone numbers should only contain numbers, and it should be at least 3 digits long
