Phone number can not be displayed completely when the number is too long #5606

When I tried this command New contact added: Jo12323213; Phone: 9876543228356872635598728935827598279853729835252; Email: johnd@example.com; Address: John street, block 123,#01-01, only part of the phone number can be displayed.

Would it be better if there is a restriction on the length of the input number?
