Team's Response

Our intention was for remarks to include informal comments regarding a tutee's work status, such as writing about a tutee's progress or taking note of questions that a tutee has asked in class. Always including numbering does not seem to make sense and the user can still add numbering if he wishes. This is not a bug and is mostly a design decision.
