UI issue: app does not fit properly when not fullscreen #5692

Environment

Windows 11, java version 11.0.9

Steps to reproduce

Download the jar. Run the jar from the command line Screenshot 2021-11-12 161545.png

App should display the entire UI in the small screen, resizing does not help.

Hi thanks for the input. Indeed, some of the Ui gets cut off when the window size is too small. The issue should be resolved if you increase the size of the window, or if you use it in full-screen mode.
