Tags are case sensitive

Tags are case sensitive i.e. if I enter the same tag in uppercase and lower case, it recognises them differently.

Expected: Must show a duplication message Actual: Adds the tag to the contact

Since we have implemented a case sensitive flag as an input to find and findAny, it is implied that tags are case sensitive.

superbowl vs superbOWL are different tags since they carry different meanings. one is referring to an American football event while another is a compliment to an owl.

Because tags are limited to alphanumeric characters, users might want to make use of capitalisation to differentiate tags as shown above.
