remMod Command Issue #5722

Bug Description: The remMod Command has a parameter mod/, which feels redundant.

Expectations: The remMod command signifies that it is to be used to remove mods. Having a parameter mod/ feels redundant. Also, you cannot use multiple mod/ parameters. If that functionality was present, I think it would have been justified to have the mod/ parameter.
