Team's Response

We have a line describing each activity diagram right before the diagram. For example

This is clear enough to inform the user about the diagram, without the need for additional labels that would be repetitive.

The other issue about center alignment could be considered a separate issue. Hence it will not be addressed. It does not hinder readability in any way either.
