Error message not appropriate with incorrect nusnet id

The UG states: "For search with NUSNET ID, group name or tag, partial search is supported."

Hence we cannot give the error "the ID you have entered does not exist" as it would otherwise be misleading

Your command is searching for students with IDs that contain the string "a0812", and is indeed a valid command.
