Changing the JSON file can lead to nonsensical scenarios #5853

It is valid for the user to set frequency and occurrence by changing the json file. This leads to nonsensical data such as this one.

Expected Behavior:

Count this as invalid data as it is not allowed to happen when adding by command

The issue is well noted, thanks for pointing it out. However, we think it is closer to a functionality bug since editing the json file constitutes functionality.
