Exams allow invalid link formats #682

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go into the details view for any module.
  2. Add an exam with an incorrectly formatted link (e.g. www..google.com)

Expected: The user is warned about an incorrect link format.

Actual: The link is added as per normal.
