Javadoc Header format #219

It seems like the javadoc header comments for methods in AB-3 don't bother adding the @param or @return tags. Does this mean we can omit these tags in any javadoc comments we write as well?

@Graphcalibur Yes, you can omit them for cases where they don't add any value.
