What happens when one duplicate bug is agreed by one person but disagreed by another.

We take the outcome that gives the highest penalty for the bug. e.g., if one tester accepts severity.Low and another asks for severity.Medium and the teaching team agrees with the 2nd tester, the bug will be considered severity.Medium, for both testers.
