Flaws in duplicate detection with employee name #1164

Steps to reproduce:

  1. add a person with name "Bing Sen"
  2. add a person with name "Bing Sen"

Expected: Error message saying person with duplicate name not allowed Actual: New user accepted

As per the module website, person's name should be treated as the same even with extra whitespace (should at least warn the user) duplicate_detection.PNG
