Might want to consider making telegram username a unique identifier.

Telegram username cannot be reused, and hence it would make sense that telegram user names are made to be a unique identifier. That way, if someone changes their telegram username to that of another person previous' telegram name, you would be forced to edit both people telegram name to ensure that the contact of all users remain relevant.
