Target user/modules specified can be clearer, to scope down the validity checks for modules #155

The value proposition is stated and scoped down to SoC faculty, as well as the TA role. However, in terms of modules, it seems a little vague as to the modules allowed. NUSMods actually shows there are some modules with varied format (e.g. if I am correct there are some with 5 numbers), though quite minor, it would be good to further scope down to state that these modules are modules to be taken by undergraduates to scope down the validity of module input clearly.

According to NUS official websites as well as NUSMods, the modules are only 4 digits.
