How do I go to the "Command Prompt or Terminal"? And how do i navigate the command prompt to "go to the folder created in step 3"?

As someone who knew 0 about computers, I can testify that i had no idea what command prompt was till i got into CS. And I did not know how to navigate using the command prompt as well

Team's Response

Our target user as specified in the developer guide is reasonably comfortable using CLI apps. Since they use CLI, they must know how to use shell applications. The implication of accepting this bug report is that the user is not reasonably comfortable with using CLI applications, and therefore there is a contradiction since users who are "reasonably comfortable using CLI apps" are not "users who are not reasonably comfortable with using CLI applications". As such, we will reject this.
