Import command without export command

Having an import command seems quite pointless without an export command as it is quite unlikely that someone will manually type out a csv file for importing their contact list into the app, in contrast to entering the contacts on the app itself

Team's Response

The import command is still useful in of itself as the professor can already export a csv file from luminus or other sheets, or collate the details in a google form. The feature, in of itself, helps professors to more easily import contacts, whether or not there is an export command.
