Pre-defined constants table should not be in between of commands #2538

Repeating the pre-defined constant table in add command of user guide as well as glossary, could have just link the reference of table in add command

Hi, this is how we make it easier for reader to read the table as you will not need to navigate to the glossary just to read the table. We do not believe that there are any errors in the table and in fact it helped you understand what predefined constants are.
