Team's Response

This is related to cosmetic issues, changing it to severity.VeryLow instead.

The tester did not provide a clear description of how this bug has hindered the reader from reading the Developer Guide. Moreover, the Implementation section is grouped based on features, overzealous page breaks would make it more confusing for readers.
