"RATE" parameter is mentioned in the add command section of the UG even though add command doesn't take in a "RATE" parameter #3555

As can be seen in the Format: section, add does not accept a RATE parameter, yet it is still mentioned in the description which can cause confusion.

Though the user may input this command and be confused, the response in the app's result display will notify the user of the command format, which will not cause a big inconvenience to the user.
