Client Alex Yeoh and alex yeoh are unlikely to mean two different persons. They both exist as there is no duplicate detection.

Names are generally not unique between two individuals.

As seen in this screenshot, Alex Yeoh actually can refer to multiple different people, and having our application block the addition of clients specifically because they have the same name limits functionality of the application
