No command to clear exams #1363

There is a command to clear all task, i.e. t clear.

Expected: There should be an equivalent command to clear all exams, i.e. e clear

We think that it is response.NotInScope as it fulfils the second requirement in the first image which is that the user cannot attempt to use the feature and adding this feature is not essential for the application to be reasonably useful(in other words it is something good to have but not a must). This is because the user can still clear all tasks with delete exam and having the clear exam would be good to have but not a must for the app to be user to clear all exams.
