Scrolling does not work as intended after entering a long name #1477

To reproduce, add a long name to inventory or Suppliers and scroll down to it by manually dragging the scroll bar down. Scrolling it with the scroll wheel on the mouse does not cause this bug.

Expected, scroll bar should show the correct length of the whole list in Inventory

Actual: After inputting a long name, the scroll bar changes sizes suddenly. Sometimes causes a visual glitch where the scroll bar jumps between long and short

Team's Response

The scrolling still works as expected. There was no bizarre events except for the scroll bar resizing.
