Character limit for item_name

When I executed new n/ AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA in total the ITEM_NAME has 205 characters but it is still accepted eventhough the UG said max 200 chars.

It should be stated in the UG whether the 200 character limit is after or before trimming.

" AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA AAAAA" has 120 characters (including the leading whitespace), not 205, and 120 is within the 200-character limit :)

Also, in this case, it does not matter whether it's trimmed or not, as the longer, untrimmed version is still below the 200-character limit :)
