The UG states that the app is for "managing patients that require home-visits and nurses". However, it doesn't specify exactly who will be using it to accomplish the above goal.

Perhaps you could indicate healthcare personnel or doctors or nurses, etc?

Team's Response

Thank you for submitting a bug report. Healthcare Xpress is an desktop application for anyone who needs to manage patients that require home-visits and nurses. If the user is indeed using our application then, he or she wants to use this application to manage patients. Hence, we do not need to tell the user who should be using this application in the user guide. However, we have indicated in the developer guide that this is for medical administrator. This is to ensure that the future developer of the program knows who it is designed for.
