Developer Guide `Non-Functional Requirements` error #2283

Point number 1 in the Non-Functional Requirements says that "the application MUST not require an internet connection to work. However, I did the entire practical exam with internet connection on, and still able to use the application.

Perhaps, The application does not require internet connection to work is more appropriate?

Thank you for pointing this out.

We believe that this is an issue with semantics. Not requiring a connection is not the same as not being able to have a connection.

We hope this clarifies things up.
