Incorrect `view` command format in Command Summary Table

In the command summary table, the view command format is listed as view; it should be view INDEX instead following the "Viewing a tutor: view" section.

Though the format is wrong, the rest of the examples given in the UG are still correct so this is purely a cosmetic issue (typo).
