Output display for remove is not intuitive #5161

Steps to reproduce

  1. Type any remove command

The output message is Removed Client: alex; Phone: 87438807; Email: alexyeoh@example.com; Address: Blk 30 Geylang Street 29, #06-40; Income: $1000; Meeting Date: 12 Nov 2022 10:30; Meeting Location: h; Tags: VIPClient; Risk: Low; Plans: NTUC Income PlanNTUC Income HealthOCBC Trust PlanPrudential retirement plan; Note: Currently paying for Car loan and wants to save for Retirement. Is currently having COVID which sounds like the client is being removed

Suggestion

State what details has been removed

I put this as low severity as although it does not affect functionality of the app, it is also not a purely cosmetic issue.
