Editing a user with no changes (i.e the edits are the exact same as the Item being edited). This should not be allowed, or given warning. Because a user usually will not edit and input the same values, having the exact same items might be a typo from the user side. Allowing this can cause the user to think the contact/task was successfully edited but actually isn't as intended.
