Extraneous arguments taken in #5242

Extraneous arguments such as y/ in the above example was taken in as part of the patient's Condition. However, it could have well been a typo made as the nurse was trying to type t/ instead.

In the UG, the exact prefixes that are reserved are stated clearly. We allow the use of special characters to allow flexibility in how a nurse may record a condition (and other similar attributes). e.g. Cannot stand a/c (air-conditioning)
