In the user guide it shows that you need a prefix and also -all or -any for tags. There is no extensions for these 2 cases for Find.

A prefix (for keywords) and -any and -all for tag filters are UI choices to be left for the designer - A use case should not specify these and should only mention their intention (prefix/tag filters).
