Weird implementation for tag searching and tag adding

Tag searching is case-insensitive but tag adding is case-sensitive. User can add the "same" tags by changing to capital letter.

Team's Response

Two issues mentioned in here:

• Tag search (ignored)
• Tag add

Tag search is already specified in UG, so we will only look at tag adding. It is not specified in the UG that duplicate (case-insensitivity wise) tasks is not allowed, so this is a feature flaw.

Furthermore, most people won't add a second tag of the same name but in different case, and doing so does not affect the other commands (eg find) or the normal operation of the product. Hence, we are assigning this as a low severity.
