App allows resizing to a window size that is too small to fit the entire pie chart. #5719

The pie chart is still shown, even when it cannot be shown entirely. Also, there is no option to scroll horizontally to see the pie chart.

Team's Response

We have specified in the UG about how resizing can cause certain graphical components to be hidden.

If the user wishes to see the entire app,. they can easily resize as well, it does not cause the app to crash.
