Headers and Footers on the User Guide and Developer Guide #5756

Questionable Headers and Footers present on every page of the user guide and developer guide. This is likely from improperly converting the html version of the guides to pdf using google chrome.

Notice the header: "11/7/22, 11:41 PM" and the footer "https://ay2223s1-cs2103t-f12-2.github.io/tp/DeveloperGuide.html#ui-component"

Including information in the header and footer is not a bug as it does not adversely affect the Developer Guide in any meaningful way.
