bug(feature): list not refreshed

After selecting into a property/client, then used the command "list -p"/"list -c" to go back to initial state, user cannot use "list" to refresh both property and client. Only one side is refreshed

Team's Response

When using the list command as is, an error message showing that the user should add a flag -p or -c will show.

Per the CS2103 website, this is not considered a feature flaw since "the user cannot attempt to use the missing feature or when the user does so, the software fails gracefully, possibly with a suitable error message i.e., the software should not crash."
