Student with same name but different student id cannot be added

Executing the Command: add n/Rila i/e0939125 p/383 c/CS2100 generates an error when add n/Rila i/e0939124 p/383 c/CS2040S exists. Students with same name but different student id are not allowed to be added.

As stated in UG, Students cannot have the same name. Moreover, the student id also has to be different.
