Finding activities with ratings above a certain value displays an incorrect message. #705

When the command r/above 5 is run, the application displays a message inconsistent with the display.

Though the messages states List all activities whose rate is above 5 we can clearly see that the application lists activities with rate 5 and not above 5.

This is consistent with the description in the UG, but the display message here could be corrected.

Change this to FunctionalityBug because this error is an inaccurate error message.
