DG lacking diagrams #949

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

Overall DG was well written, however more diagrams could be provided especially for patient/record command implementations e.g. Edit Record, which had no diagram for reference despite being very verbose to read.
