Execution of commands causes User Input Box to be out of focus

Description: After executing a command, the user's "Enter Command" box becomes out of focus and the user has to click the box to input commands again

Steps for reproducing

tag CS2040 /tags fun, hard

Expected result User should still be able to type commands in the "Enter Command" box

Actual result User has to click the "Enter Command" box again to provide input
