Infrequent back to top links #2284

Back to top links are useful to navigate back to the Table of contents. However Ctrl F in this UG shows only 5 instances which are very spread apart. Even though there are links going into each segment there are not enough "Back to top" to take the reader back to the ToC, hence it is a potential hindrance.

Yellow bars on the scroll bar as shown below indicate each instance of the Back to top link.
