Drug allergy field shoud not be compulsory

Requiring users to type NKDA if patient does not have any drug allergies can be a bit cumbersome. Would be better if it the field just had a default value: No Known Drug Allergies

Team's Response

Thank you for the report. We wanted to make sure that patients are deliberately inputting their drug allergies hence we added this prefix. This is something we will consider in future to make it less troublesome for our users.
