Inconsistent GUI and business logic #290

For their commands, it is case sensitive to prevent 'duplication'. But as shown in the GUI they show all order name as FULL CAPS. So trying to look through orders with same name is difficult. Inconsistent with what they are trying to do

While the marked duplicate is for viewing customers, they use the same abstraction.
