Phone number does not allow adding of country code

Steps to reproduce:

1. add_s n/Betsy Cow t/diary e/betsycow@example.com a/Betsy Street p/+65 12345678 t/meat

Although it is mentioned in the error message that phone numbers should be more than 3 digits long and only have numbers, not allowing the addition of the country code does not make sense for the app as suppliers of a product can be sourced overseas and the country code is required to contact overseas numbers.
