Missing terms in glossary for DG #3318

While the target profile is for military admin clerks, a potential developer in the future who is working on the software and reading the DG may not have sufficient knowledge on terms such as rank, unit, company and platoon, and he is unable to understand the meaning of such terms from the DG as the terms are not present

Team's Response

This is a nice-to-have change. However, we felt that most people would have some grasp of military ranks and the idea that the military is a hierarchy and is organized into groups. Since the general purpose of these labels could be inferred, we felt that this improvement is out-of-scope.
