Unable to add doctors of same name.

Environment: Windows 10 21H2, Java 11

Description: it was not stated in UG that 2 doctors can't have the same name but the product doesn't accept 2 doctors with the same name.

How to reproduce:

• Open the jar file via java -jar
• Execute add-doc n/Li Ting p/123 e/a@b.cd s/e y/1
• Execute add-doc n/Li Ting p/456 e/f@g.hi s/j y/60

Expected behavior: Two very different doctors with the same name being added.

Observed behavior: Error message: This doctor already exists in the address book

Remarks: it's very command for different people with non-latin alphabet names to have the same Romanized name.
